Over the years – I’ve discovered amazing VST/Virtual Studio Technology pianos for the computer. And now, I’d like to reveal the top 5.
5. 😀Room Piano😀
It sounds good and loads fast. Because of this I use it to find what key my songs are in and test midis. I also like to add cubase reverb and delay to this.
4. ⛄Soft Piano⛄
The soft piano is good for easy listening and lofi tracks. Its peaceful and the volume fader goes to 400, so it can stand out in a busy mix.
3. 🕋EzKeys🕋
Its an amazing instrument with tons of midis built in. You can copy the midis into cubase and get a project going quickly + easily. Although the presets sound great – I just use the midis because it runs high on CPU.
2. 🌆City Piano🌆
It sounds like a regular piano and its good. I’ve recorded many tracks with it and used it for a while. I like to adjust the parameters on it and add cubase effects to it to give it a bit more character. Its a versatile piano and a great choice for any record.
1. 🎹Keyzone Classic🎹
Keyzone Classic offers a nice selection of programs and my favorite is the electric piano. The other programs are – steinway, keyzone, yamaha, and rhodes. Its my favorite because I think that it has the best pianos.
I always freeze virtual pianos/VST instruments before exporting them so they’re 100% stable.
Sampler tracks/piano samples are also good.
