Sometimes its great to add delays to some instruments. Which instruments we add the delay to and which delay we use depends on the situation. Delays have been around in audio workstations for a while and there are many out there. Lets see the best delay plugins and also talk about whats good about them.
Mod Machine | Delays

Thats an amazing plugin because it can leave the track clean and only modulate the delays. There are so many types of modulation to choose from and all of the settings to get great delays. I like to use this on my voice tags and sometimes lead guitars too.
Pulsar Echo Rec | Delays

I just started using that recently on my rhythm guitar 2s because it sounds great. It has some familiar sounding delays and nice guitar presets. This can take the sound to another level of goodness and give it character. The GUI is really good and has a great animation.
Ping Pong Delay

Thats a great stock plugin and its my most used delay plugin. Its well designed and very straight forward. Its great because we can just add to a track quickly and get a nice result fast. We can change it from start left to start right and mix up the tracks nicely.
Studio Delay

Thats a fairly new stock plugin and it sounds amazing on lead guitars especially. It has its own special character and can be just what the track needs. The presets are really good and there are good options to adjust. Its great that we can choose the rhythm of the delay too.
Stereo Delay

This is very good because we can make a stereo track sound super wide. Its good on quiet lead instruments to give them a place in the mix, along with a boost in compression maybe. We can recreate the haas effect this this plugin like with these settings in the picture here.
